With twenty years experience in the hospitality industry Sergio has gained knowledge in all levels of service. He is a sommelier for the Master Guild of Sommelier as well as a graduated chef. Sergio has since found his calling as an accomplished wine consultant for Summit fine wines. “I have the passion and knowledge behind me for the taste and flare of wine”
